We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality materials, finest attention to detail, hand-drawn elements, and white glove service. Because of this, we recommend to allocate $3,500+ for semi-custom suites, and $5,000+ for custom suites. This allows us to work with luxury materials such as handmade papers, real silk ribbon, and offer print methods such as letterpress and foil. Our minimum semi-custom investment is $3,000, and $5,000 for custom suites.

We do not offer calligraphy services in-house at this time. However, we'd be happy to assist in finding a calligrapher who's style will best coordinate with your suite.

At this time, we do not offer invitation drop offs at the post office. All suites will be sent straight to your door - over the years we've seen that couples prefer to see their invitations, take pretty pictures, and make sure all information is accurate prior to sending them out.

We do offer in-person pickup if you are local to the Lancaster, PA area.

We can work with a specialist to curate the perfect vintage postage package if you would like to include that as part of your suite. We can also curate a regular postage package if you prefer. Vintage postage curation has a $100 fee, and we recommend budgeting $5 or more per envelope for vintage postage, depending on the set you choose to go with. RSVP envelopes will usually require one Forever stamp. We exclusively use usps.com for exterior postage that isn't vintage, and do not use third party services or other websites to purchase postage due to the unfortunate reality of fraudulent postage being sold. We will not adhere vintage and/or regular postage that has been purchased from a third party website. Postage prices are subject to increase without notice. 

We do offer rush services if availability allows. Your order is considered a rush if you need your stationery within two months from when your deposit is made. Rush fees will apply and vary by project.

Yes! If you are local to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, you can find our full semi-custom collection locally on display at Cork Collection at Cork Factory Hotel.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept any items for return or cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.
