I. PROPOSAL

Once we have your initial deposit, we will send over your content form via email. This form will tell us everything we need to know to begin the design process - from wording to color preferences.

You will receive one initial design draft followed by two additional design revision rounds. Printing and production will not begin until we have your official approval.

We'll also provide you with a digital artboard presentation which will give you a good idea of how your suite will look altogether.

We will send one final presentation of your suite to check for last minute corrections prior to moving into the production phase.

Once we receive your inquiry form, you will receive a proposal via email. In your proposal, you will see all costs broken down so you can easily make decisions and build your perfect invitation suite.

You will also have the option to pay your deposit right away to get on our booking calendar. We accept a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total bill to book, or a pay-in-full option. We book in advance just like your other vendors, so the earlier you get on our calendar, the better! We have clients book well over a year in advance to secure us as their stationer.

Request a quote via our contact form to receive a proposal with the items that are most important to the both of you. We don't offer packages, set quantities or quantity minimums simply because every quote is tailored to your specific needs. There are minimum investment requirements for semi-custom and custom suites.

After you have approved your proofs, production can begin. Production typically takes four weeks to complete.

During production, we will print and assemble your suites, then stuff and seal your envelopes closed.

Once production is complete,  it's time to drop them in the mail! Mail drop is included in your investment, which is one less thing for you to worry about. Postage will be invoiced separately, once we have a final weight on your suites.

Now for the most exciting part - sit back and wait for the responses to come rolling in!
