Request a quote via our contact form to receive a proposal with the items that are most important to the both of you. We don't offer packages, set quantities or quantity minimums simply because every quote varies by individual wedding needs. We will, however, have minimum investment requirements depending on if you are interested in semi-custom, or custom suites.


Once we receive your contact form or have your initial consultation, you will receive a proposal via email. In your proposal, you will see all costs broken down individually so you can easily make decisions and build your perfect invitation suite. 

If all looks good, you will also be able to pay your deposit right away to get on our booking calendar. We book in advance just like your other vendors, so the earlier you get on our calendar, the better! We have clients book well over a year in advance to secure us as their stationer.

Once we have your initial deposit, we will create your own custom timeline and will begin the design process once we're approximately two months out from delivery. We will also send you our Wording & Design Questionnaire via email to complete so we can learn more about your special day - from your wording preferences, to your color story, and beyond.

You will receive three complimentary design proofs. Printing will not begin until we have your 100% approval on your proofs.

We'll also provide you with an artboard presentation using your color palette and overall wedding aesthetic. This will really help visually to see how your stationery coordinates with your wedding brand.

After you have approved your proofs, production can begin. Production typically begins one-month prior to delivery.

During production, we will print, assemble, and ship your beautiful suites directly to you from our studio in Lancaster, Penna. 

Once production is complete (which can take 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on the complexity and details involved with your suite), it's time to ship. We ship all wedding invitation orders with extreme care - we use high quality shipping materials to ensure no bending or other harm will occur during the shipping process.

We always include insurance for peace of mind. You will receive tracking information once your order ships - and we always welcome local pick up, because those first reactions are the best part.

Once you approve the proposal, an invoice will be sent - once payment is complete, you're booked!

Diana will personally be designing your suite roughly 5 months prior to your wedding day

Production starts once you fully approve your proofs. You receive 3 rounds of complimentary proofs! 

We ship invitations directly to your doorstep once production is complete.
