Request a quote via our contact form to receive a proposal with the items that are most important to the both of you. We don't offer packages, set quantities or quantity minimums simply because every quote varies by individual wedding needs. We will, however, have minimum investment requirements depending on if you are interested in semi-custom, or custom suites.

Once we receive your contact form or have your initial consultation, you will receive a proposal via email. In your proposal, you will see all costs broken down individually so you can easily make decisions and build your perfect invitation suite.

If all looks good, you will also be able to pay your deposit right away to get on our calendar. We book in advance just like your other vendors, so the earlier you get on our calendar, the better!

The best part - it's design time! Once we have your initial deposit, we will create your own custom timeline and will begin the design process once we have your wording and details form (this typically begins two months prior to delivery).

During the design phase, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out via email that will tell us all details of your ceremony, reception, color pallet and inspo photos so we can take all information and design stationery that will make your jaw drop. You receive three complimentary rounds of proofs (additional rounds will incur a design fee) - most couples sign off after the first or second round!

We'll also provide you with an artboard using your color palette and overall wedding aesthetic. This will really help visually to see how your stationery fits in with your wedding brand (and we're REALLY detail-oriented)!

After you have signed off on your proofs and we have your approval, production can begin. Production typically begins one-month prior to delivery.

During production, we will proofread your items one last time, and print, assemble, and ship your beautiful suites from our studio. No third parties here - our eyes are on every piece to ensure they're up to our (extremely high) standards.

Okay - maybe this is the best part!

Once production is complete (which can take 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on the complexity and details involved with your suite), it's time to ship. We ship all wedding invitation orders with extreme care - we use high quality shipping materials to ensure no bending or other harm will occur during the shipping process.

We ship most orders UPS Ground and always include insurance for peace of mind. You will receive tracking information once your suites ship - and we always welcome local pick up, so we can see your reactions in person, of course!

One month prior to delivery

We also recommend booking as soon as possible - we book in advance just like your other vendors!

As a general rule, we recommend sending your invitations out 2-3 months prior to your wedding, taking many factors into play, such as how many out-of-town guests you are expecting, or if you're sending a save-the-date.

6 TIPS

1. Grab a coffee and set aside 10-15 minutes

2. Browse invitation inspo photos (bonus points if we're your inspo)

3. Talk stationery budget with your partner prior to filling out your form (wedding stationery should take up roughly 10% of your total wedding budget)

4. Have a good idea of how many suites you'll need - this means households, not individual guests. We recommend ordering an additional 10% to account for last minute guests and keepsakes

5. Choose your favorite suite if you're interested in semi-custom

6. Check off every embellishment and service you are initially interested in, we can always take items off once you see your proposal
