Q: can i visit your studio prior to signing?

Our average project completion time is 12 weeks from the completion of your Content Form to delivery. Couples are encouraged to book 12-18 months ahead of their event date. Clients are considered fully booked once the deposit is paid and contract is signed.

We offer traditional and vintage postage options. Traditional postage will only be purchased from USPS.com, and the amount needed will vary by project depending on several factors such as weight and hand-canceling. Vintage postage has a curation fee, plus the cost of the postage itself. Vintage postage will be purchased through a trusted vendor only, determined by LTR, to prevent fraud. Additional postage costs may be necessary to cover hand-canceling costs, etc., and will be invoiced prior to the mail drop.

We are happy to say that the every print type, letterpress, hot foil stamping, emboss and digital print, is completed in-house. This has so many benefits for you, such as more flexibility, quicker turnaround times, and having our hands and eyes on every single piece before it leave our studio.

Diana's artistic styling can be best described as "storybook", which she describes as perfectly imperfect, whimsical, "sketchy" with a hint of tradition.

Yes! Diana offers in-person consultations for anyone who would like to schedule a visit with her at her Lancaster, Pennsylvania home studio where all semi-custom Gallery Collection suites and custom pieces are on display. contact Diana directly at hello@letterstorose.com to schedule a visit.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept any items for return or cancellation, for any reason. All retainers are non-refundable.

We offer two payment options for all invitation clients: a 50% deposit option with the remaining balance due once your first drafts are complete, or you can choose to pay in full at time of booking.

Q: DO YOU OFFER CALLIGRAPHY SERVICES?

While we do not offer traditional formal calligraphy services, we do offer handwritten wording, which we describe as whimsical, artistic, and playful. This type of wording will not be for every event aesthetic, so we suggest looking at examples of our handwritten wording on our website. 

Q: do you accommodate rush projects?

rush projects are taken into consideration on a first come, first served basis, depending on Diana's current design and production schedule. as family is one of our priorities, it is of high importance to Diana that her family and the team are able to accommodate the project with precision, accuracy, and without cutting corners.
when we do take on rush projects, additional fees will apply. a project will incur rush fees if our client needs their project in 8 weeks or less. our rush fee is 25% of the total bill. 

Q: do you specialize in watercolor painting?

Diana focuses on line drawings with minimal shading, and does not specialize in watercolor painting at this time.
