The Wedding Process
consult / booking
design / revisions
production / mail drop
we begin each project with the completion of the inquiry form.
our custom clients move on to our collab call or in-person consultation to dream up ideas. you'll receive rough sketches of 3 options shortly after our call, and once you approve the scope, we'll move on to booking which includes a deposit & contract. you will then move on to our content form, which will tell me all of the details of your celebration- including your love story, which allows us to be meticulously intentional with design details.
semi-custom clients begin with our content form once deposit & contract have been signed.
invitation design is scheduled to begin within 6-8 months of your wedding day, while save-the-date design begins 12-14 months prior to your wedding. for custom clients, this means i get really hands-on creating models, sketches and testing functionality if necessary before we bring it into photoshop to create your proofs and realistic artist's rendering. 3 rounds of proofs are included in your investment.
designing for semi-custom clients is scheduled after we receive your content form. we then send over digital proofs for you to easily approve, or request revisions on.
once your designs are approved, we move on to the production phase for both custom & semi-custom couples.
we complete most production in-house, including all printing, die-cutting, & assembly. production can take four to eight weeks, depending on the level of detail involved with your project.
we then mail drop them directly to your guests, or send them to you or your wedding planner depending on your personal preferences.
we also offer local pickup for clients who wish to visit us at our lancaster, pennsylvania studio.
